Sean Brennan is a Grammy nominated creative audio specialist whose expertise in producing, mixing, mastering, and immersive audio is the culmination of a life dedicated to sound.
Since 2005, Sean has worked with Sony Music’s Battery Studios for a wide range of acclaimed artists including David Bowie, Britney Spears, Doja Cat, Future, 21 Savage, Usher, Pharrell Williams, and many more. In 2024, he earned a Grammy nomination for Best Immersive Audio Album for his work on Madison Beer’s Silence Between Songs. His mastering credits include the Grammy nominated Stranger Things soundtrack, as well as The Bill Withers Complete Sussex and Columbia Masters, which won the Grammy for Best Historical Compilation.
Sean's music career began in the mid-1990s as a DJ playing across Europe while also working with underground British record labels. In 2000 he moved to Washington D.C. where he worked with Grammy-winning producers and remixers Deep Dish before eventually joining Battery Studios in New York. With nearly three decades of industry experience, Sean brings a deep well of knowledge and a unique creative perspective to every project he touches.
